What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in your new headphones.
How Long Does The Coverage Last?
The warranty term varies between models. Please check the individual product pages under the Products section. (Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the headphones).
What Will Maxfun Do?
Maxfun will repair or replace any defective or malfunctioning part at no charge. You must pay any shipping and packaging.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or natural disasters (such as a flood) are not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
How Do You Get Services?
In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you MUST get a warranty-registration code by filling out the warranty service form.
Send headphones with a $5.00 check or money order for return shipping and handling in a durable postage paid package with the warranty-registration code cleary written to:
